Logistics Manager

Job Description

  • Strategise to deliver goods to customers in accordance with agreed timeline in the most cost effective, efficient and safe manner
  • Conduct stock count and keep stock control systems up to date ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Enforce optimal operational procedures and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and standards for health, safety, security and environment
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers
  • Ensure efficient utilization of space in the warehouse
  • Ensure that KPIs, deadlines and quality targets are met and initiate corrective actions
  • Generate and interpret reports to ensure goods are delivery undamaged and on time to customers
  • Manage budget, schedule expenditures and initiate corrective actions where necessary
  • Manage warehouse in compliance with GDPMDS quality policies
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment and vehicles
  • Plan work schedules and assign tasks to staff appropriately
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor warehouse operations including receipt, picking, and dispatch of goods
  • Provide safe and efficient warehouse conditions
  • Recruit, select, train and motivate employees, monitor staff performance

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree, with a strong background in Logistics & Warehousing or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills with proven capabilities in influencing, negotiation and relationship building
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing & logistics supervision
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • BizSAFE knowledge & possess forklift & Reach Truck license will be added advantage
  • Warehouse environment non air-conditioned
  • Machinery operation environment (Forklift & Stacker)
  • Physically Fit

Business Unit Manager

Job Description

  • To plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to BU goals and objective.
  • Analyze and report to Sales Manager and/or others on the market and business feedback on a quarterly basis.
  • To support Sales person in Sales call or backend whenever required.
  • Plan and develop promotion mechanic relevant to the assigned territory for our existing and new products according to the Business Unit goals and objectives.
  • To take charge of at least 1 product line in marketing, sales and inventory forecast
  • Prepare quotations and tender documents.
  • Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote YMS products and brands.
  • To represent YMS values and integrity.
  • Monday to Friday: 8am – 5.45pm
  • Located in Yishun

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline preferred.
  • At least 3 year of sales experience in Healthcare preferred.
  • Good people management and leadership skills with a passion to lead
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
  • A valid class 3 License with own mode of transport
  • Provide urgent deliveries to customers.
  • May require to carry heavy objects for delivery.

Salary

  • Basic Salary, transport allowance, commission, fuel card, parking allowance, mobile.

Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Develop & Monitor KPI progress
  • Monitor daily / weekly sales targets & ensure that individual, team & department sales targets are met
  • Train, motivate & supervise Business Unit Managers (GP, NH, RT)
  • Support Sales Managers on any required escalation
  • Support any other projects/task assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the sale of medical supplies
  • Wide network of customers in the medical supplies community
  • Ability to work under pressure and yet provide excellent customer service
  • Proven leadership ability to lead a diverse sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Good Communication Skills, both written & spoken

Job Description

  • Sales coverage for Institutions, Clinics or Retail Pharmacies
  • Managing existing account and developing new business opportunities within the designated area
  • Achieve sales target assigned by management
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Identify prospects, develop market segments, generate leads and promote our product offering

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘A’ Level or Diploma above and/or relevant experience
  • With basic knowledge in medical products is an added advantage
  • Products training will be provided
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • A valid class 3 License with own mode of transport preferred
  • Able to work independently

Sales Support Administrator

Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls
  • Take orders from customers and process the orders accordingly
  • Advice customers on product availability
  • Provide general admin support
  • Ensure documentation and proper filing of projects
  • Handling tender documents

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level
  • Minimum 3 years Admin experience
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good communication skills

  • Able to work independently

Delivery Drivers

Job Description

  • Deliver goods in an accurate and prompt manner, adhering to timeline.
  • Deliver goods in good condition.
  • Ensure vehicles are well-kept and maintained
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods, able to handle heavy loads of goods.
  • Assisting in ad hoc jobs assigned (mainly warehousing/packaging) when not doing deliveries

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Class 3/4 Driving Licence for at least 2 years
  • 2 years’ delivery truck driving experience preferred
  • Physically fit to manually carry and load products
  • Able to drive 14-Footer Box Truck
  • Mandarin & English speaking candidate preferred
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Customer focused
  • Must be able to drive different types of vehicle
  • Familiar with Singapore roads
  • Physically fit to manually carry and load products

Job Description

  • Picking, putting, packing and inventory of goods in the warehouse
  • Ability to remember where stocks are located within the warehouse
