Business Unit Manager

Job Description

  • To plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to BU goals and objective.
  • Analyze and report to Sales Manager and/or others on the market and business feedback on a quarterly basis.
  • To support Sales person in Sales call or backend whenever required.
  • Plan and develop promotion mechanic relevant to the assigned territory for our existing and new products according to the Business Unit goals and objectives.
  • To take charge of at least 1 product line in marketing, sales and inventory forecast.
  • Prepare quotations and tender documents.
  • Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote YMS products and brands.
  • To represent YMS values and integrity.
  • Monday to Friday: 8am – 5.45pm
  • Located in Yishun

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline preferred.
  • At least 3 year of sales experience in Healthcare preferred.
  • Good people management and leadership skills with a passion to lead.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
  • A valid class 3 License with own mode of transport.
  • Provide urgent deliveries to customers.
  • May require to carry heavy objects for delivery.

Salary

  • Basic Salary, transport allowance, commission, fuel card, parking allowance, mobile.

Human Capital Management Executive

Job Description

  • Execute Full spectrum HR Generalist role, experience with HR Systems is preferred
  • Administer recruitment, employee leaves, & records
  •  Develop training materials, handle Learning and Development administration
  •  Organise engagement and other welfare events/activities
  •  Update, implement and ensure compliance of HR Policies & Processes
  •  Any task assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Requirements

  • Min Diploma or relevant experience, fresh graduate in related field may be considered

Job Description

1) Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
2) Respond promptly, handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints
3) Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
4) Provide pricing and delivery information
5)  Process orders and requests
6) Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
7)  Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

Job Description

  • Deliver goods in an accurate and prompt manner, adhering to timeline.
  • Deliver goods in good condition.
  • Ensure vehicles are well-kept and maintained
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods, able to handle heavy loads of goods.
  • Assisting in ad hoc jobs assigned (mainly warehousing/packaging) when not doing deliveries

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Class 3/4 Driving Licence for at least 2 years
  • 2 years’ delivery truck driving experience preferred

Job Description

  • Picking, putting, packing and inventory of goods in the warehouse
