Retail Operations Manager

Job Description

  • Manage all new store openings and setup to ensure that opening date and operating standards are met
  • Develops, implements and improves all processes and procedures to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Retail Business
  • Oversee day to day retail operations and employees; monitor and prioritize workflow and schedules
  • Oversee entire retail operations including inventory, store planning & maintenance, Business Development and financial reporting
  • Ensures that all organisation activities and operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing business operations
  • Develops implements and monitors a series of operational metrics to measure the effectiveness of the department across all functions
  • Prepare proper reporting of operations, annual budget and business plans to the management
  • Manage the selection, training and development of employees
  • Achieves and maintains a high customer satisfaction level regularly and systematically
  • Responsible for all budget approval, site leasing and acquisition, store design and outlet management
  • Responsible to formalise strategy and establish business plan to optimise sales, margin and profits of all outlets
  • Analysis and forecast of market trend to assist outlet to stay ahead of competition
  • Ensure corporate strategies and directives are implemented and executed with excellence at outlets to achieve operating effectiveness
  • Ensure monthly sales quota is met
  • Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies at store level to maintain a well-coordinated and cohesive organization structure
  • Spearhead and develop service excellence and training frameworks
  • Initiate, plan and develop any other organizational projects as directed by the Managing Director

Requirements

  • Min Diploma or relevant experience with track record
  • 5 years of relevant experience 3 of which in a managerial level
  • Proven track records of achievements in previous assignments
  • A strong knowledge of service trends and training /development with evidence of creative ability
  • Able to demonstrate expert knowledge costing skills , P&L knowledge, financial control procedures
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the company
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring
  • People oriented, self-driven and drives results through teamwork
  • Good reporting skills
  • Motivates and develops others
  • Champion change and innovation
  • Foster collaboration to build cohesive organisational culture

Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Sales coverage for Institutions, Clinics or Retail Pharmacies
  • Managing existing account and developing new business opportunities within the designated area
  • Achieve sales target assigned by management
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Identify prospects, develop market segments, generate leads and promote our product offering

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘A’ Level or Diploma above and/or relevant experience
  • With basic knowledge in medical products is an added advantage
  • Products training will be provided
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • A valid class 3 License with own mode of transport preferred
  • Able to work independently

Salary will commensurate with Qualification and Experience

Delivery Drivers

Job Description

  • Deliver goods in an accurate and prompt manner, adhering to timeline.
  • Deliver goods in good condition.
  • Ensure vehicles are well-kept and maintained
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods, able to handle heavy loads of goods.
  • Assisting in ad hoc jobs assigned (mainly warehousing/packaging) when not doing deliveries

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Class 3/4 Driving Licence for at least 2 years
  • 2 years’ delivery truck driving experience preferred
  • Physically fit to manually carry and load products
  • Able to drive 14-Footer Box Truck
  • Mandarin & English speaking candidate preferred
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Customer focused
  • Must be able to drive different types of vehicle
  • Familiar with Singapore roads
  • Physically fit to manually carry and load products

Logistics Assistant

Job Description

  • Picking, putting, packing and inventory of goods in the warehouse
  • Ability to remember where stocks are located within the warehouse
  • Ensure warehouse safety by complying with safety rules in the warehouse
  • Other ad-hoc duty as assign by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year warehouse experience is required
  • Forklift License will be an added advantage
  • Able to speak and understand basic English, to communicate with customers
  • Customer focused

  • Non air-conditioned warehouse
  • Machinery operations. (Stacker and forklifts)

Job Description

  • Assist customers with good product knowledge
  • Ability to handle administration duties
  • Ability to operate cash register
  • Ability to assist in the management of a retail outlet
  • Stock management and inventory control
  • Provide excellent customer service to retail customers
  • Process sales for the retail outlet
  • Manage sales administration for the retail outlet

Requirements

  • Minimum ‘N’ Level or relevant experience
  • With 1 to 2 years retail experience
  • Able to communicate with English & Mandarin speaking customers
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (IT Savvy)
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Pleasant and enjoys interacting with people
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Customer focused
  • Six day working week
  • May have to stand for long hours
  • Must be residing in Singapore
  • You will be stationed either at Yishun or Tampines. If an employee takes MC/leave, you are to head over to cover
