Business Unit Manager

Job Description

  • Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products 
  • Analyze and report on the market and business feedback on a quarterly basis
  • Support Sales person in Sales call/backend when required
  • Plan and develop promotion mechanic relevant to the assigned territory 
  • Take charge of at least 1 product line in marketing, sales and inventory forecast
  • Prepare quotations and tender documents
  • Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote products and brands
  • Drive and groom team to achieve set goals

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline preferred
  • 3 years sales experience in Healthcare preferred
  • Good people management and leadership skills with a passion to lead
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills
  • Class 3 License with own mode of transport
  • Provide urgent deliveries to customers
  • May require to carry heavy objects for delivery

 

Product Training will be provided

 

Salary

  • Gross package starts from $5000 per month (Starting Basic $3800, transport allowance, commission, fuel card, parking allowance, mobile)
  • Will commensurate with Qualification and Experience

Customer Service Advisor/Senior Advisor (Retail Position)

Job Description

  • To interact and provide personalized service to customers’ walk-in/phone-in enquiries or via emails
  • Perform Sales and Operational duties
  • To Operate POS/NETs/Credit Card machines
  • Replenish and Upkeep of products
  • Undertake General Housekeeping
  • Any other work-related assignments assigned by Store In-Charge

 

Requirements

  • Min GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level
  • Retail experience, especially in Healthcare industry would be an added advantage
  • Able to work Retail hours, must be able to work on weekends and PH
  • Good customer service skills with pleasant personality and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications will be an advantage
  • Ability to converse with English and Mandarin speaking customers will be an added advantage

Salary

  • Gross package starts from $1700 / $2000 per month

Customer Service Assistant/Executive

Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly, handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Process orders and requests
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Manage administration
  • Support, communicate and coordinate with Sales team and internal departments

 

Requirements

  • Min GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Experience in sales support / customer service would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Dedicated team player with ability to work under pressure and deliver results
  • A meticulous and responsible employee
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Delivery Driver

Job Description

  • Provide timely delivery to all customers Islandwide
  • Check and ensure loaded goods are of the correct types according to DO or Invoice
  • Ensure that goods are delivered in good condition without delay or damage
  • Ensure customer sign with their company’s stamp on our DO when receiving our goods
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods, able to handle heavy loads
  • Adhere to the statutory and company’s safety policies, procedures and regulations
  • Assisting in adhoc jobs assigned (mainly warehousing/packaging) when not scheduled to do deliveries or any other duties assigned from time to time

 

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Class 3/4 Driving Licence for at least 2 years
  • 2 years delivery truck driving experience preferred
  • Physically fit to manually carry and load products
  • Able to drive 14-Footer Box Truck
  • Basic English speaking candidate preferred
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Customer focused
  • Must be able to drive different types of vehicle
  • Familiar with Singapore roads

Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain current websites
  • Monitor its performance with search engines, functionality, speed and design
  • Keep track of content, campaigns and marketing efforts
  • Proficient in building beautiful mobile responsive websites
  • Managing websites, including server management
  • Support with landing page creation and optimization
  • Support and execute SEO in on-page optimization strategy
  • Supports social media uploading and management
  • Works with design team to implement on high-fidelity page layout
  • Maintains the current website content management system, organizes web content to improve user experience and accessibility
  • Creates and maintains up to date a website content calendar
  • Keeps up to date on industry trends and marketing news to make sure work is fresh and relevant as possible
  • Plans and executes lead generation campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook and other digital platforms
  • Sets up tracking to monitor performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and website
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Web design/Marketing related discipline or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in related field is preferred
  • Competent in web, graphic and other multimedia design content for websites, experience in Presta Shop is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of latest web design/ development trends and security measures
  • Experience with SEO/ SEM
  • Proficient in Google AdWords

Indoor Sales Executive/Senior Indoor Sales Executive (Telesales)

Job Description

  • Conduct telesales activities professionally
  • Respond to customer queries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers’ needs
  • Responsible for the accuracy of sales quotation & sales order for delivery

Job Description

  • Picking, moving, packing and inventory of goods in the warehouse
  • Ability to remember where stocks are located within the warehouse
  • Ensure warehouse safety by complying with safety rules in the warehouse
