Business Unit Manager

Job Description

  • To plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to BU goals and objective
  • Analyze and report to Sales Manager and/or others on the market and business feedback on a quarterly basis
  • To support Sales person in Sales call or backend whenever required
  • Plan and develop promotion mechanic relevant to the assigned territory for our existing and new products according to the Business Unit goals and objectives.
  • To take charge of at least 1 product line in marketing, sales and inventory forecast
  • Prepare quotations and tender documents
  • Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote YMS products and brands
  • To represent YMS values and integrity

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline preferred
  • At least 3 year of sales experience in Healthcare preferred
  • Good people management and leadership skills with a passion to lead
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills
  • A valid class 3 License with own mode of transport
  • Provide urgent deliveries to customers
  • May require to carry heavy objects for delivery

  • Salary starting from $5000
  • Basic Salary, transport allowance, commission, fuel card, parking allowance, mobile

Customer Service Assistant / Executive

Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly, handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Process orders and requests
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Manage administration
  • Support, communicate and coordinate with Sales team and internal departments

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support / customer service

Finance Assistant

Job Description

  • Perform full scope of Accounts Receivable
  • Follow up with customers for overdue accounts and co-ordinate with billing team on disputes
  • Input accurate accounting entry into computerized accounting system
  • Monitoring debtors reports
  • Perform routine accounts administration, data entry and filing

Requirements 

  • Minimum ‘O’ level and above
  • 1 year experience in accounting
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a team

Digital Marketing Specialist/Strategist

Job Description:

  • Building the Company social media presence, including the following:
    • Overseeing and managing Company’s reputation & presence on all digital media & platforms through:
      • Brainstorming and contributing ideas toward Company’s digital strategy, and identifying new channels to increase paid search performance
      • Building up the Company social media presence across various channels, including posting, sharing, engaging and increasing social media engagement.
    • Creating, launching and managing digital marketing campaign on social media channels, including:
      • Crafting compelling advertising copies and conceptualizing advertising concepts, to test and improve performance
      • Measuring campaign performances, generation and analysis of reports and on findings; recommendations on improvements on future campaigns
    • Managing & Maximizing SEO & SEM efforts through:
      • Keyword research/optimization, testing framework and audience management across accounts
      • Continuously testing and providing recommendation for optimization and testing plan, e.g. search query reports, negative keyword maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or any other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, in a Digital Marketing agency or similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience handling within Google Ads budget account
  • Strong communication skills, in verbal and written form, and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • MUST have Google Ads, Google Ads Search or Ads Display certification.
  • Experience in Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, Bing Ads is a plus.

Requirements
