Job Description
- To plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to BU goals and objective
- Analyze and report to Sales Manager and/or others on the market and business feedback on a quarterly basis
- To support Sales person in Sales call or backend whenever required
- Plan and develop promotion mechanic relevant to the assigned territory for our existing and new products according to the Business Unit goals and objectives.
- To take charge of at least 1 product line in marketing, sales and inventory forecast
- Prepare quotations and tender documents
- Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote YMS products and brands
- To represent YMS values and integrity
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline preferred
- At least 3 year of sales experience in Healthcare preferred
- Good people management and leadership skills with a passion to lead
- Self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
- Possess good communication and negotiation skills
- A valid class 3 License with own mode of transport
- Provide urgent deliveries to customers
- May require to carry heavy objects for delivery
- Product Training will be provided

Job Description
- Provide timely delivery to all customers Islandwide
- Check and ensure loaded goods are of the correct types according to DO or Invoice
- Ensure that goods are delivered in good condition without delay or damage
- Ensure customer sign with their company’s stamp on our DO when receiving our goods
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods, able to handle heavy loads
- Adhere to the statutory and company’s safety policies, procedures and regulations

Requirements
- Possess a valid Class 3/4 Driving Licence for at least 2 years
