Since being established in 2000, Yeap Medical Supplies Pte Ltd has come to be regarded as a reputable organization representing distinguished principals. To our customers we have been more than just a reliable supplier. We are also known to be an exceptional service provider.
Apart from representing some of the world’s leading medical brands in various market segments, we have successfully grown and marketed our own in-house brands and products. Today, it is common to find various items carrying our in-house brands, ASSURE, ASSURE Rehab and Bactishield, in many medical establishments.
At YMS, we aim to be the connection between our customers to their healthcare needs, as well as our principal’s connection to their target market. We also aim to provide our customers with essential services and products in a timely, reliable and affordable manner. In so doing, we hope to enhance the value of our principal’s and manufacturer’s products with sustainable growth and profits.

Our Management Principles
Our management principle is to add value to all our partnerships with a legally and morally acceptable approach. We also continually seek new business streams that will add synergy to the existing business.
To achieve this, we have a dedicated team of Account Managers to manage and service each market segment as a specific business unit. This enables us to zero in and focus on the unique requirements and needs of each customer base and to provide them with the best possible value.
Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives
As one of the leading vendors to the nursing home market, we actively participate in various fund raising and health screening programs organized by the various Voluntary Welfare Organizations and Nursing Homes contributing either manpower, donations-in-kind or financial assistance.
Founded in 1983, Pharmex Marketing is a homecare retailer that was the fruition of the lifework of our founder, Mr Richard Yeap. With decades of industry experience behind him, Mr Yeap set up his first retail outlet in Kembangan Plaza. A second outlet at Kovan followed but was shifted to Kaki Bukit to be closer to our warehouse for increased productivity and efficiency.
At Pharmex, we understand that caregivers, like the patients they look after, require just as much support. As such, we strive to provide the convenience of a single-stop retail outlet where customers can conveniently acquire most (if not all) of their homecare needs. In 2010, the company name was changed to Pharmex Healthcare Pte Ltd to show our commitment to healthcare in Singapore and the needs of the aging population. As Pharmex continues to grow, our aim is that the branding of Pharmex will become synonymous with home healthcare needs and supplies for caregivers.
